How to Open your heart chakra

Point two fingers in the middle of your chest and imagine two fingers inside your chest meeting the two fingers outside your chest



Do acts of kindness

  • Acts of kindness trigger the release of oxytocin (bonding hormone) and serotonin (mood stabilizer) while lowering cortisol (stress hormone) reducing anxiety and fostering resilience.

  • Kindness creates positive cycles. Observing generosity inspires others, amplifying community care.

Spend time with animals

  • Dogs have the highest vibrations of unconditional love and when we are around that energy it lifts our energy to that unconditional love state. 

  • If you're not feeling well or you're feeling down just a few minutes with them will make your energy get a little higher.

Chant mantra "yam"

Sit comfortably, spine upright, both hands resting on the heart center. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in. On the exhale, chant YAM softly and steadily.

Pronounced as "YUM"
