Aromatherapy with scented plant oils called essential oils to address specific needs. The massage therapist can select oils that are relaxing, energizing, stress-reducing, balancing, etc.


 Swedish Massage

 Your licensed massage therapist may use effleurage, friction, compression and vibration during your massage. You will be fully draped with a sheet/blanket during your massage. A client can request that certain parts of their body not be massaged.

 Deep Tissue Massage

 Targets the deeper layers of the muscles to help eliminate restrictions and pain. Slow deep pressure is applied by your licensed massage therapist using their hands, forearms and elbows on the large muscles of the body. You will be fully draped with a sheet/blanket during your massage. A client can request that certain parts of their body not be massaged.

 Sports Massage

 Using various techniques to manipulate your muscles, tendons, and ligaments, which will help increase circulation, stimulate the nervous and lymphatic systems and reduce pain and restrictions from injuries. Your licensed massage therapist will be performing Active, Active-Assisted, and Passive ROM techniques with you. You will be clothed and a client can request that certain parts of their body not be massaged.

 Craniosacral Therapy 

 Your trained licensed massage therapist will apply light pressure to the skull, spine, and pelvis. May also retract the head, neck, or spine with a small amount of pressure. The goal is to restore balance to the nervous system and surrounding connective tissue, which will relieve pain and dysfunction. You will be fully draped with a sheet/blanket during your massage. A client can request that certain parts of their body not be massaged.

 Reflexology

 Your trained licensed massage therapist will be applying pressure to specific points on the hands and feet.  These points correspond to the organs and systems in your body. When pressure is applied to certain points, it promotes relief from pain, dysfunction and relaxation. This technique is respected in many cultures such as the Chinese, Japanese, Indian and EgyptianUse of charts to access points on the hands and feet, focusing their work on areas that a client would like to see improvement. You will be fully draped with a sheet/blanket during your massage. A client can request that certain parts of their body not be massaged.

 Trigger Point

 Your trained licensed massage therapist will identify the trigger points and use a variety of techniques to reduce trigger points and the restriction around these points. As well as address other compensating areas affected by the trigger points. You will be fully draped with a sheet/blanket during your massage. A client can request that certain parts of their body not be massaged.

 Prenatal

 Your licensed massage therapist will use relaxing strokes on expectant mothers who are out of their first trimester. While you are in a side-lying position, your therapist will focus on areas that typically cause discomfort during pregnancy, such as your lower back, hips, and legs. You will be fully draped with a sheet/blanket during your massage. A client can request that certain parts of their body not be massaged.


 Wood Therapy

Break down fat cells, reduce cellulite, improve blood circulation, smooth the skin, and relieve stress followed by a hydrating massage.

 Hot Stone Therapy

Concentrated therapy to warm and loosen tight muscles by incorporating heated, smooth stones into your massage.

Gua Sha Therapy

Traditional therapeutic technique rooted in East Asian medicine that involves gentle scraping of the skin using a smooth-edged tool to stimulate circulation and release muscle tension. Your licensed massage therapist will incorporate Gua Sha to target areas of chronic tension, reduce inflammation, and promote lymphatic drainage. This technique helps break up fascial adhesions, supports natural detoxification, and enhances your body’s healing response.

Cupping Therapy

Ancient therapeutic technique rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that uses specialized suction cups to create negative pressure on the skin, stimulating circulation and relieving deep muscle tension. Your licensed massage therapist will apply cups to targeted areas to reduce inflammation, break up fascial adhesions, and promote lymphatic drainage. This technique supports detoxification, enhances mobility, and encourages the body’s natural healing processes.
